This Sandringham kitchen came together in collaboration with interior designer Kerry McComish, and it’s built for the way a family actually lives in a space: shared, busy, lived-in. Warm woodgrain sits against crisp white, a pairing that feels calm and settled rather than showy, and the handleless design keeps the lines clean.

A brushed brass shadow rail from Laminex New Zealand runs through as a quiet detail, adding warmth without breaking the simplicity. The benchtop is 20mm Taj Mahal stone, fabricated and supplied by Stone Warehouse, its soft veining a natural counterpoint to the cabinetry. Open timber floating shelves bring in a bit of character and give everyday pieces somewhere to live. The drawers and doors run on hardware from Blum New Zealand and FIT NZ, so everything moves the way it should.
