Beach Haven Residential Development
A residential development of villa-inspired townhouses, where the kitchens needed to sit comfortably within the classic architecture of each home. Working closely with that architectural style, the design took its cues from the villa character: clean proportions, warm finishes, and a timeless feel that suits the homes rather than fighting them.
Every kitchen was considered against the same standard, so the traditional aesthetic holds while still delivering the practicality expected of a modern home. The project was managed carefully to meet the client’s budget without cutting back on materials or finish, so every kitchen across the development reflects the same considered approach regardless of where it sits.
The traditional look comes from shaker-style doors and panels thermo-wrapped in a matte finish, supplied by Dezignatek New Zealand, part of the NZ Panels Group. These are paired with engineered stone benchtops for a refined, enduring finish that stands up to everyday use.
The detailing is where it settles. Hardware from Stefano Orlati keeps everything running smoothly, and their Heritage Collection brushed brass bar handles bring the warmth and authenticity that ties back to the villa-inspired design.
